Overview
ORROMFG manufactures custom timing pulleys for synchronous power transmission, precision motion control, and automated machinery applications. Our CNC machined timing pulleys are produced with accurate tooth profiles to match HTD, GT, T, AT, and MXL belt standards, ensuring smooth engagement, minimal backlash, and consistent positioning accuracy in synchronized drive systems.
We machine timing pulleys in aluminum for lightweight high-speed applications, steel for heavy-duty power transmission, and cast iron for cost-effective medium-duty drives. Our CNC turning and milling capability covers pulleys from 10 mm to 500 mm in pitch diameter, with custom hub configurations, keyways, taper lock bushings, and threaded mounting options per customer drawings.
These timing pulleys are widely deployed in CNC machines, 3D printers, packaging equipment, textile machinery, and robotic drive systems. For compatible transmission components, explore our Custom Spur Gear, or learn more about our CNC Machining capabilities.
